Smart Guided Systems LLC agrees to send a factory representative out to your operation and install a fully unlocked and operational Smart-Apply® Intelligent Spray Control System™ onto your existing Air Blast sprayer.  The installation will take approximately eight hours.  After installation, the Smart Guided Systems representative will complete one training session for as many staff members as you like.

The Grower will have ninety (90) days from system installation/activation date to commit to purchase the system or return for a full deposit refund.  Payment terms: $9,000 due before system shipment, Net Due in Full at the end of 90-day trial period if the system is kept.  System pricing will be quoted to the Grower prior to system shipment and a Purchase Order must be issued for the deposit amount.

If the Grower decides not to purchase the system after the 90-day trial period, the Grower agrees to take the system off the sprayer (at Grower expense), box up the system, and return via UPS with the provided shipping label to Smart Guided Systems USA headquarters.   Grower agrees to take care in the removal of the system, so it can be cleaned and re-packaged as a demo unit.  After receipt and inspection of the system, the full deposit refund to the Grower by company check will be sent US mail within seven (7) business days of receipt of the system.
